The Forgiveness Box Idea

Get a box from a church, thrift store, dumpster, make sure it’s clean first. Make it big enough to write all the things you want to forgive yourself for each day. This therapeutic exersie has helped me in many ways and even helped with my loneliness. I got excited to look back and see how much I grew as a person. Each end of the month or two read back your forgiveness thoughts and feel good about yourself. Just something to try and get all of that confusion out. Let me know how it turns out
